Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products and stand behind every single print. However, if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or credit authorization. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns after your image has been received and printed. In the event that you send us a photo that we believe is not up to our quality standards, we will notify you by email asking you to submit a higher quality photo.
In the case of a Dinoprint error, please accept our sincere apology and be assured that we will remedy the error as quickly as possible. Once notified of our error, we will offer you a credit towards a future purchase or a complete refund. Shipping charges will not be credited. We will ask that you please return the order in its original form and packaging. We will issue a credit or exchange as soon as we receive the shipment. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
