Shipping Policy

How do you ship Dinoprints?

Dinoprints are carefully packaged and shipped to you in heavy duty, cardboard poster tubes via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. We take every precaution to make sure your prints arrive in a safe and timely fashion and provide you with a USPS tracking number as soon as your print leaves our facility. In order to offer you the lowest shipping rates, we combine multiple prints in one shipment.  Note that orders are shipped and delivered only on business days. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.


What are the shipping rates?

Dinoprints provides a variable rate for shipping and handling to deliver your custom Dinoprint.  The rate is determined based off of your location.  To determine the exact shipping rate, please visite the 'Estimate Shipping and Tax' section on our Proceed to Checkout page (note:  you must have an item in your cart to access this page).  Shipping and handling charges will also be displayed on the summary page during checkout.


Where do you ship?

Dinoprints can ship anywhere in the United States including associated states (Federated States of Micronesia, Marshall Islands and Palau) and unincorporated territories (American Samoa, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and Northern Mariana Islands). 

We have recently expanded our shipping internationally and are continuing to add countries.  Currently we support shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Japan, Australia, New Zeeland and other select international locations.  The best place to look to determine if we ship to your country is in the ‘Country’ drop down on our Proceed to Checkout  page (note: you must have an item in your cart to access this page).  If the country is listed there, we can ship it!


How long will it take to ship my Dinoprint?

Each Dinoprint is a piece of digital art. After we receive your photo, our digital artists will review your image to determine if it meets the quality standards outlined on the upload a photo page. If accepted, your photos will be put into our production queue. If we feel your photo isn't a good candidate for a Dinoprint, we will notify you by email. Once in our production queue, our artists will create your Dinoprint and ship it via USPS Priority Mail. This typically takes 4 business days or less depending on our current work volume. For our US based customers, we provide USPS Priority shipping, so you can expect to receive your print 1 to 3 days after it leaves our facility. International shipments are delivered using USPS First Class Mail International service and take 5 or more days depending on your location. 


Shipping Refunds

If you paid for defective items or wrong items shipped, please contact us at 1-888-919-5604 or email us at customerservice@dinoprints.com. Please note that returns are accepted within 30 days from shipped date.


How will I know when my order ships?

Once your order ships, we will e-mail you a Shipping Confirmation. We include the USPS tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation e-mail. You can use this tracking number at www.usps.com to track your Dinoprint.
